NEW YEAR’S MEDITATION WORKSHEET

Creating time (doesn’t have to be much- a lot can get done in 30 min!) to hold purposeful, intention filled space to BOTH:

  • let go of the past…celebrating all of the lessons and beautiful moments with grace and appreciation for the experience and perspective it has given you.

  • bring in the new…Your home is in within you, this is where the answers and all possibilities lie. Joyfully create from here!

Holding space for both these truths offers a massive opportunity to really jumpstart the power of reflection, transformation and perspective. To be used during any big transition but specifically written with this 2022 new year in mind, I am so excited to share, along with Nina Blaicher of the podcast above and Kerry Forsell, a life coach and energy medicine advocate, this tangible tool to make the most of your ritual, however it looks!


HOW IT WORKS:

It’s an easy format. There is one page for 2021 (release the old) and one page for 2022 (Bring in the new.) We recommend the following format:

  1. GET SETUP: gather your journal, get quiet, bring something of beauty ( a candle, crystal or even a flower from the yard)

  2. SET INTENTION: meditate on the intention for that year(at top of page) starting with 2021.. for however long feels right.. 3-5 minutes is lovely!

  3. ANSWER QUESTIONS: can be free form, run on sentences, even just words.. what’s important is the intention!

  4. CLOSE WITH GRATITUDE: take a moment to really bask in all that has transpired… feeling grateful for the ups and downs that lead you to THIS moment.

  5. Repeat with 2022!
